Summertime Fun @ H2H

We've had a great time this summer at Heart to Home. A few of the summer highlights include going to Rogers Lake Park for resident outings, resident gardening programs, a Minnesota State Fair themed week, Pink Cow Ice Cream truck visits, Jammn' with Joanne Bolles and an on-site petting zoo! Each week we work on creating Cherished Moments for our residents and their loved ones. It is truly remarkable to watch caregivers and residents celebrate each moment here at Heart to Home. Thank you to all of the H2H staff for making our summer so memorable!
