We've had a nice April so far at Heart to Home. The weather hasn't always cooperated but on those occasional warm spring days we make sure to sneak outside for some fresh air and sunshine. I have been meaning to send this note for a bit, but I just wanted to let you know how thankful we are for the great transition my Mom has made to Mendota Manor. We were so anxious about the transition, as although we knew Heart to Home was the right place for her, even her transition to her own home from assisted living last year was very difficult on her emotionally. Thanks to you and your wonderful staff, her transition to H2H could not have gone better in my opinion. She seems content and happy and really enjoying the wonderful home.
